Ninth Circuit – Milans, et al. v. Netflix, Inc. (No. 13-15723) – Settlement of $9 million with a $2.25 million to class counsel and remainder to 20 organizations focused on privacy and identity protection issues. (Consolidated Appeals Dismissed)

Ninth Circuit – Fraley et al. v. Facebook, Inc. (No. 13-16918) – Settlement of $20 million with a $15/claimant recovery and $5 million to class counsel and several million to organizations focused on online privacy issues.
