In a letter to the Honorable Chief Judge Jonathan Lippman, APBCo, along with the NYC Bar Committee on Pro Bono and Legal Services, Columbia Law School, New York University Law School and Fordham Law School, propose revisions to aid in the implementation of New York’s 50-hour pro bono requirement for newly admitted members of the bar.
