Seeking someone to help with a Dallas ICE check in next week for a family separated at Texas border this past summer. The client moved from Louisiana (where we had found him local counsel) to Texas without first securing ICE permission, as required by his release papers. He has just received notice of an ICE check in on Wednesday, March 20th at 10am. Is there someone at one of your firms who could assist and accompany him to the check-in? Spanish speaking would be ideal but if not, one of our lawyers can be available by phone to translate.
Thanks for considering.
