LEGAL AID ORGANIZATION NEEDS SOPHISTICATED ADVICE ON SENSITIVE MATTER:
A local Southern California legal aid organization, one that is quite high profile in the immigration community, believes it is about to be the subject of undeserved, negative media coverage in a major media outlet.  The organization and its CEO suspect that the source of the unsubstantiated charges is a disgruntled former employee.  The organization is looking for advice about how to deal with that former employee, what can be said about the former employee, and how best to handle the media and the local government implications.
If you have lawyers who would be interested in helping, please let me know offline.  Ideally, it would be a senior, sophisticated attorney who can deal with sensitive issues, with employment issues, and with government officials (the organization contracts with ORR and with local government as well).   I have a detailed description of the situation sent to me by the organization’s CEO that I can forward if you are interested.

Thanks so much for considering this,
David
