FOR SO. CALIFORNIA OFFICES:
A nonprofit that long has operated a number of well-established homeless shelters in Southern California believes it is being unfairly treated in various governmental grant-making processes.  Over the past 30 years, the organization has been awarded significant grant funding but, over the past two or three years, has been denied any further, similar, funding.  The shelter is looking for pro bono counsel to investigate the situation, negotiate a discussion with authorities to address/understand/remediate the situation and, if necessary, file suit to establish discriminatory conduct.  The result of the situation is that an organization assisting the homeless by providing shelter and services is losing its ability to continue to help its thousands of clients.

If you would like to learn more, please let me know and I can send you conflict information plus introduce you to the potential client so you can talk to the organization’s leadership and assess the situation.

Thanks,
David
