TEMPORARY DOWNSIZING, DISCUSSION AND DRINKS EVENT: The Board is aware that some, but not all, of us are personally dealing with reductions in salary without a reduction in work load, reductions in salary with a reduction of expected work hours, those navigating support staff furloughs, or other variations on this theme, with a likely increase of requests for pro bono assignments.
