California Employment Law Project (limited-scope).  A foundation we work with is looking for advice on hiring an independent contractor, so as to not run into problems with the employee/independent contractor distinction.  I think this I pretty limited scope, but our group is just slammed at the moment.  The organization is great- they focus on ending sex exploitation and trafficking.
